Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies used on the roadcosts.gr website. The Roadcosts Greece mobile application is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small piece of information stored in your browser. We use it to remember a choice, such as your language, or to understand a visit. We do not use cookies on this website to advertise to you.

2. Necessary cookies

These keep the site working. They stay on even if you refuse optional cookies.

  • Language. The site remembers whether you are reading it in Greek or English.
  • Your cookie choice. The choice is stored as roadcosts_consent for about six months. You can change it at any time.
  • Signed-in use. If you sign in to manage the site, WordPress sets cookies that keep that session.

3. Statistics cookies

These are optional. They help us see which pages are useful, such as how often a page is opened. They stay off until you choose “Allow statistics.”

When you allow them, the site may use Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded before that choice. If you choose “Necessary only,” only the cookies the site needs are used.

4. How to change your choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer. A new choice replaces the previous one. You can also remove cookies in your browser. If the consent cookie is removed, the notice is shown again.

5. Questions

If something here is unclear, write to privacy@roadcosts.gr and we will explain how a cookie is used.
